Minnesota Vikings Tribute Dinner:

Hello all; a quick update on our dinner campaign. We have Stu Voigt, Steve Riley, Rickey Young, Bob Lee and Joey Browner reserved for the dinner. I still have more irons in the fire and wouldn’t be surprised if we get a couple more guests.

I just want to say – every club member should attend this event if at all possible. This is truly one of our best events as a club and it’s looking real good from my perspective.

The Evening Outline:

1) Date: March 5, 2011
2) Doors open at 6:00 PM.
3) From 6:00 to 7:00 is our reception time. There will be full bar service and Hors D’oeuvres will be provided.
4) Dinner will start at 7:00 PM. Dinner will be a buffet style and will include:
5) Upon completion of dinner all our guest will address our group – this will take approximately an hour.
6) Presentations and drawing.
7) Autograph session and Silent Auction completion.
a. Three autograph items per guest only. This is a firm amount.
b. One member dinner table at a time allowed at the autograph tables – ensuring everyone enough time.
c. Hosted bar is open during this time and people can mingle.
d. Silent auctions will close one at a time to help finalize each sale before proceeding to the next. Silent auction closing times will be announced prior to closing.

Dinner Costs:

The dinner is $50.00 a person and is only open to club members and their guests. The cost includes the Hors D’oeuvres and your dinner. There is a full bar service that will be at each members expense – you are on your own for alcohol. Parking at this event is free and complimentary valet parking is also available.

I am now accepting checks for this event. On February 23rd I will be closing the event – I have to inform the restaurant of headcount.

Upon receiving your check I will send you an email or phone call at your address on record with the club. This notification will be your confirmation.

This Hotel is next to McCormick & Schmick’s and there would be no problem staying here and getting to the dinner; for anyone. You must arrange your own stay with the hotel if you want to spend the evening.
